Have fun working up a sweat in nature this spring! This 60-minute class is an interval-training style class, incorporating weights and other resistance equipment, cardio drills and a deep stretch. All you need to bring is your running shoes, yoga mat and water. We provide the equipment and the motivation!
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT, TOWEL AND WATER. Classes will be capped at a maximum of 10 participants outdoors and 6 participants indoors. Please register ahead of the start date. A confirmation and more details will be sent to registered participants when payment is received.
Book your own private Restorative Yoga with Thai Massage session! Sessions are 90 minutes in length, and prices vary depending on number of participants (1-4 people per session).

I'm Taryn, and since 2005, I have been very fortunate to have trained hundreds of amazing individuals, helping them to feel better and live healthier lifestyles. I will work to help you meet your goals, in a way that works for you.
I work with clients one-on-one and in groups in my studio, just outside Creemore, at gyms, in parks and schools. I can also bring the gym or yoga studio to you in your home, club or office, making your fitness experience accessible, and providing you with the tools and motivation through which better health, wellness and happiness can be attained.
I work with people of all ages - from young children up to those in their 90’s; with healthy individuals, individuals with chronic health challenges, or those facing temporary setbacks. No matter your ability, age, or stage in life, I would be honoured to support you on your journey.
I create and implement thoughtful, well-balanced and effective fitness, yoga, nutrition and wellness programs. I strongly believe that though we may not always be able to do everything, we can always do something.
I have years of experience coaching a range of clients from those training for their first triathlons, serious sports enthusiasts, those looking to increase muscle mass, decrease body fat, clients working through post-injury rehab programs, and those trying to reduce daily stress or improve their posture. I have been very fortunate to be able to share fitness and yoga both with adults and also in schools, and to be a guest speaker at wellness events, speaking to students and parents on a variety of physical and mental wellness topics.
I have worked alongside physicians creating safe exercise programs for those managing chronic health conditions including arthritis, atrial fibrillation, diabetes, partial paralysis and hypertension. I coach and support those working on dietary changes and nutritional cleanses. I have supported women and their families through pregnancy, labour, delivery and postpartum, both as a personal trainer and as a doula.
I LOVE what I get to do each day, and feel grateful to be in a position to encourage and assist people in making healthy lifestyle changes! I take great pleasure in sharing my knowledge, experience and positivity with others, and in learning from each and every individual I work with.

Is childcare provided?
You are welcome to bring your children to 1-on-1 training sessions. We regret we cannot accommodate children during small group classes. We have an attached playroom available. The playroom is unsupervised, but attached to the gym. Or you may choose to work out at home and let me bring the gym to you!
Do I have to sign up for a long-term contract?
No. Fitness plans are completely customized according to your needs, availability and budget. More consistent workouts mean you stay motivated and meet your goals sooner. Classes will generally require registration for the full series of 6-8 classes.
What sort of payment do you accept?
Cash, cheque, or e-transfer, please. Payment is due when services are rendered, unless otherwise arranged. Receipts are provided.
What equipment/space do I need in my home?
Very little! Usually, if you have enough space to unroll a yoga mat, we can make it work. I have a large selection of small equipment that travels with me to your home/office/club/school.
